One familiar flow

From event to Oz room in one choice.

No copied links and no second scheduling tool. The calendar invite remains the source of truth from creation through cancellation.

01

Choose Oz Meeting

Open an event and select Oz Meeting from Google Calendar’s conferencing menu.

02

Get a ready-to-share link

Oz provisions the meeting and adds the joining details directly to the calendar event.

03

Let the event stay in charge

When the time changes or the event is cancelled, Oz keeps the meeting aligned.

Built for real calendars

The meeting follows the event.

Plans move. Invites get cancelled. Oz watches the relevant event lifecycle so the meeting does not drift away from what guests see in Calendar.

  • Time changes update the Oz meeting.
  • Event cancellation closes the matching meeting.
  • Authentication issues return you to a clear reconnect flow.

Permission clarity

Your calendar stays yours.

Good to know

The short answers.

Questions about setup or a Workspace rollout?

Talk with the Oz team ↗
What does Oz Meeting add to Google Calendar?

It adds Oz as a conferencing choice. Selecting it creates an Oz meeting and places the joining link on the event for invitees.

Why does it need Calendar permissions?

Oz needs the event details required to create the meeting and to keep that meeting aligned when the event time or status changes.

Can a Workspace admin deploy it for a team?

Yes. The Marketplace release is designed to support both individual installation and admin-managed, domain-wide installation.

How do I get access?

Contact Anyreach for launch or test access. After Marketplace publication, individuals can install Oz Meeting and Workspace administrators can deploy it domain-wide. An active Oz workspace with voice access is required; current plans are listed on the Oz pricing page.
